Siera Shipping Policy

At Siera, we work to make your delivery smooth and predictable. Please review this policy for processing times, shipping options, and fees.


Order Modifications (Time-Sensitive)

  • You have 1 hour after placing your order to request changes (item, size, address, etc.).

  • After 1 hour, we may not be able to modify the order because we move quickly to prepare shipments.

How to request a change (within 1 hour):
Email support@siera.ca with your order number and the exact change you need.

Once an order has shipped, no further changes are possible.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri; excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If your order is placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon) local fulfillment time, we’ll aim to process it the same business day. Orders placed after noon are processed the next business day.

  • We do not ship the same day; processing and shipping happen on different steps.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order is fulfilled.

Delivery timelines below are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs (for international shipments). Carrier delays are outside our control.

United States

  • Standard: 7–10 business days — $6.95 USD (FREE over $50 USD)

  • Expedited: 5–8 business days — $8.95 USD

United Kingdom

  • Standard: 7–9 business days — £4.95 GBP (FREE over £50 GBP)

  • Expedited: 5–6 business days — £6.95 GBP

Rest of the World

  • Standard: 7–14 business days — $4.95 USD (FREE over $50 USD)

  • Priority: 5–10 business days — $6.95 USD

Notes:
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
• Free shipping thresholds apply to merchandise subtotal after discounts.


Failed Deliveries (Incorrect/Incomplete Address)

Please double-check your full name, address, and contact info at checkout. If a package is undeliverable and returned due to incorrect or incomplete information:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange a replacement shipment.

  • Additional shipping fees for reshipment may apply.

  • Fees or charges caused by the failed delivery are not Siera’s responsibility.


Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Once an order has been processed and shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable (this includes original shipping and any carrier surcharges).
